Description:

Our day starts from palmar Sur, as we head our way to the Ngöbes Indigenous territory, on our way we pass the magnifisent view of the mountains that divide the greatest mangrove forest conservation area and the Golfo Dulce (one of four tropical Fjords in the world). Here we will enjoy the peace of this majestic place.

Once on the reserve, we meet an indigenous family, they will lead us un natural trail, showing us their culture, customs, and relationships with mother nature. From this experience we will learn how to feed on plants, how to use medicinal plants and about their beliefs, history, and culture.

After the trail we will enjoy a wonderful lunch cooked on wood fire. Leaving the reserve we will ahead our way back to Sierpe.
